Returns & Exchanges

At CHICHA San Chen Alhambra, we strive to provide every customer with freshly prepared, high-quality beverages. Because all products are made to order and perishable, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below:

1. No Returns

1.1 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any food or beverage once it has been collected by the Customer.

2. Exchanges and Remakes

2.1 An exchange or remake will only be considered if:

• The product received is not what was ordered.

• There is a confirmed preparation error (e.g., wrong tea base, sugar level, or topping).

• The product is deemed defective at the time of pickup (e.g., leakage or spillage prior to handover).

2.2 Exchanges must be requested immediately at the time of pickup. Once the Customer leaves the store, the Company cannot guarantee product condition and therefore cannot process an exchange.

3. No Exchanges for Preference

3.1 We do not offer refunds, remakes, or exchanges based on taste preference, sweetness, size, or if the Customer changes their mind after collection.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds will only be issued if an item is unavailable or cannot be prepared due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within a reasonable period.

5. Disputes

5.1 Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to investigate and make the final decision on whether an exchange, remake, or refund is warranted.
